The work explores Saturn's sixth-largest moon, Enceladus — a celestial body of particular scientific interest for its hydrothermal activity and underground ocean, thought to hold the molecular conditions for extraterrestrial life. Yet much about it remains unknown.

The installation takes the form of a quarter-sphere: one side presents a 3D-printed lunar surface, while the other hosts a looped video projection blending scientific infographics with speculative, dreamlike animations of the moon's interior. A purpose-built soundscape completes the piece, evoking the ambiguity of an ocean that no human has ever heard.

Grounded in information design and driven by visual speculation, Enceladus sits at the intersection of science and art — reflecting not only on a distant moon, but on the limits of human knowledge and our enduring drive to explore the unknown.
